Hi my name is Devon. I first met Christine when she was the counsellor and manager of a recovery house I attended and since then I have been a sponsee of Christine. I have known Christine for 4 and a half years and she has been through a lot with me. She has helped me grow into a respectable woman. I used to have an extreme rage problem and Christine has spent a lot of time counselling me and helping me work on my anger. Today I can now feel the first steps before rage and I don’t freak out like I used to. She has also helped me work on my addiction issues and I am aware now of the steps I take before a slip, and also she has guided me in the steps it takes to stay clean. As long as I follow her guidance I will succeed. I really don’t know what else to say except that I don’t know where I would be today if Ii didn’t know Christine. She has made a huge impact on my life and in my family’s lives. She has been through a pregnancy with me and the birth of my second daughter and she has supported me through a lot of court processes with the ministry of children and family with my first daughter. I am truly grateful Christine is part of my life and family and I have a lot of respect and gratitude for her and her family.
